The Past

Beech Hall is a large country house set in over sixteen acres of wooded grounds. The house named Beech Hall has been in existence on the site since 1435, when it was the main residence of the Worth family.

Beech Hall School was founded in 1926 by Mr W. Edwards as a Preparatory School for Boys. In 1966, the school became a limited company and a charitable trust. In 1981, girls were admitted to the school and now represent one third of the pupils.

The Future

We believe that successful, meaningful education involves so much more than academic attainment. So while we are guiding our pupils to academic success, we are instilling traditional values such as good manners, good sportsmanship and respect for the individual.

Small class sizes are a fundamental element of the school. They allow us to concentrate fully on the individual, with each child receiving all the attention needed in all areas of the curriculum.

At Beech Hall we believe that a strong bond between the parents and the school is a prerequisite of successful education. The success our children experience is a product of that liaison.
