It’s SNOW Challenge for Beech Hall School

Determined members of the Beech Hall School community recently put their snow sport abilities to the ultimate test during an intense ski trip, where they embarked on a journey of personal challenge.

A group of 35 pupils, teachers, parents, siblings and friends from the Tytherington-based school travelled to the Italian resort of Folgaria, for an action-packed 8 days, organised by Equity Tours.

There were displays of sheer resilience throughout the week, resulting in top achievements day after day with each individual pushing themselves to the limit and achieving their personal goals. Following a series of impressive performances on the slopes, the days concluded with a celebration of accomplishments, while witnessing the incredible sunsets the resort has to offer.

Headmaster, James Allen, commented: “I would like to thank everyone for another spectacular ski trip full of great company, friendship and dedication. We are fortunate to have some incredible skiers and snowboarders in our party, and I have huge respect to everyone for their commitment, enthusiasm and energy, not least those who have learned to ski throughout the week.

“At Beech Hall, we are passionate about providing our pupils with unique experiences and opportunities whereby they can personally challenge themselves and the trip to Folgaria certainly did just that.”
